2005 – present: Chief Operating Officer/Vice President and co-founder, TenStep Franchises, LLC. Helped to establish the company, and led the development of legal documents required for State registrations, and well as the franchisee Operations Manual
2004 – 2005: Director of Consulting Services, TenStep, Inc. Helped establish consulting model for TenStep.
2003 – 2004: Director, The Home Depot. Directed the re-launch of the Enterprise Project Management Office, providing project management support to the IT department.
