Something doesn't appear to be working as it should (generic)

We appreciate your patience. We are just starting out the affiliate program and there are bound to be some glitches. We hope that there are not, but there may be some. If you have questions or if something does not appear to be correct, please let us know at admin@TenStep.com.

The graphics are not as crisp and clear as I would like.

We create gif and jpg graphics using Adobe Illustrator. Of course, the smaller the graphic size, the harder it will be to read the actual text. However, we have found similar features in other affiliate graphics such as those on Amazon.com.

How many affiliate links can I use? I want to make sure I cover all of your websites.

You can place any number of affiliate links on your website. However, remember that commissions are paid on all shopping cart sales on all of our websites, regardless of the website the visitor first entered. So, don't feel that you have to have a link to each of our websites.

Should I use the large affiliate graphics or the small ones?

This is entirely your preference. The large graphics are good for your headers and could be banners. However, they obviously take up more space. If you are going to have multiple graphic links, you may want to consider the smaller ones instead.

I don't like any of the graphics.

Sorry, there are an infinite number of font and color combinations. You also have the option to just add the hyperlink to regular text on your website. Hopefully you will find something that will work on your website, even if it is not perfect.

What other content can I use from your websites?

Generally speaking, we do not want our content replicated on other websites. If you have an idea for some specific content you would like to use, email us and let us know (admin@TenStep.com). We will let you know if we can approve it.

Can I change the font and color on the affiliate text links?

Yes, the format of the text is within your control. The embedded hyperlink must remain the same.
